Tina McCann has been with the Commission since January 2012 and was appointed Head of Communications and Engagement in September 2016. Previous to this Tina was the Manager of the Victims and Survivors Forum.
Her role in the Commission is to develop and oversee delivery of the Commission’s Communications and Engagement Strategy, in order to ensure that the Commission engages effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and promotes issues related to victims and survivors. Tina is responsible for implementing and evaluating a co-ordinated and integrated approach to stakeholder engagement and for providing support and advice to the Commissioner.
She manages the Communications and Engagement Team who provide a front line service, engaging with victims and survivors who contact the Commission. She is also responsible for providing support and assistance to the Commission in order to achieve the objectives set out in the Commission’s Outcome Delivery Plan.
