Commissioner meets with Secretary of State to discuss ongoing issues relating to the Troubles Bill and its impact on victims and survivors.
The Commissioner for Victims and Survivors recently met with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Hilary Benn MP, to discuss ongoing issues relating to the Troubles Bill and its impact on victims and survivors.
The meeting provided an important opportunity to raise several key issues currently affecting victims and survivors across Northern Ireland, including the continuing need for meaningful engagement, recognition and support for those impacted by the Troubles/conflict.
