CVS Programme for Government 2024-27 Consultation Response

The Commission for Victims and Survivors welcomes the government’s Draft Programme for Government and is pleased to have the opportunity to provide a response to the draft. We recognise the continued commitment to tackle issues related to the legacies of the Troubles/conflict in Northern Ireland and an approach to government that is trauma-informed across our society. However, the Commission is disappointed that the draft Programme for Government contains limited reference to the current challenges experienced by victims and survivors.
