Services for victims and survivors

Oversight of services to victims and survivors is one of the Statutory duties of the Commissioner.

This includes services directly within the sector as funded by the Victims and Survivors Service, nuanced services such as the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme, and services ‘proportionately accessed’ by victims and survivors (e.g. welfare support).
